At AKD Ink, we’re committed to delivering your custom products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below for full details on processing, delivery, and other important information.
Order Processing Time
- Standard Production: Most custom orders are processed and produced within 5–10 business days after final artwork approval and payment.
- Rush Orders: Expedited production is available on request and may incur additional fees. Contact us at sales@akdink.com for rush inquiries.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship nationwide using trusted carriers, including:
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS
- Freight carriers for large-volume orders
Shipping options and rates will be presented during checkout. If you have a preferred carrier, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 3–15 business days (depending on location)
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply)
Note: Delivery time is in addition to production time.
Local Pickup
Local customers may choose free pickup at our Chatsworth, CA facility during checkout:

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 2 PM – 6 PM
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. For international orders, please contact us directly at sales@akdink.com.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Carrier service issues
- High-volume seasons
AKD Ink is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days at sales@akdink.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
