The AKD File CheckEvery submitted file is reviewed by our production team before printing.
File instructions
- Upload a transparent PNG at actual size.
- Artwork should be 300 DPI for clean production.
- Use RGB or CMYK files with a transparent background.
- Gang sheet artwork should fit inside the selected 22" width.
- Leave space between separate pieces when you want them cut apart.
- AKD will review submitted files before production.
Pressing instructions
- Pre-press garment for 3 to 5 seconds to remove moisture.
- Press at 300 to 325 F for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Use medium to firm pressure on a flat, even surface.
- Let the transfer cool, then peel the film slowly.
- Cover with parchment or a finishing sheet and press again for 5 seconds.
- Wash inside out after 24 hours. Avoid bleach and high heat drying.
