Standard shipping normally takes 5-7 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders for an additional charge. International shipping times vary depending on product and destination.

What is AKD Ink's refund policy?

Custom Items are non-refundable Unless Damaged. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order in the same condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached and original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned items.
