Why 4 mil matte calendared vinyl?

This durable white vinyl provides a smooth, low-glare finish that keeps colors and branding looking professional. Important: kiss cut, not individual die cut

Your artwork may use almost any contour shape, but each sticker is kiss cut through the vinyl layer only and stays attached to the continuous roll backing. These are not individually separated die-cut stickers.

Artwork requirements

• Upload one PNG with your order using the artwork field on this page.
• The PNG must be set to the final selected size—2" × 2" or 3" × 3"—at 300 DPI.
• A transparent background is preferred. Keep important text and logos inside the cut line.
• No white ink is included. White areas in the artwork use the white vinyl material.

Artwork not print-ready? Add our $25 optional artwork setup service. We will size and prepare your supplied artwork and send a proof. Complex illustration, logo creation, or extensive redraw work requires a separate quote.

Proof and production

AKD Ink will review the artwork and provide a proof when needed. Production begins after artwork and proof approval. Complex artwork, design cleanup, multiple designs, specialty inks, or changes beyond the included specifications may require a separate quote.
