Ready-to-install, UL-listed LED channel letters with a five-year warranty. Standard construction includes acrylic faces, aluminum returns, LED modules, power supply, wiring diagrams, and an installation pattern.

Details
Pricing is based on combined letter height inches for the approved artwork. Set quantity to the total letter inches required for the complete sign. Specialty colors, raceways, complex logos, installation accessories, and artwork that requires fabrication changes must be confirmed before production.
File Setup
Supply simplified vector artwork scaled to the required dimensions. Convert fonts to outlines and colors to CMYK. Clearly identify lighting style, return depth and color, face color, trim-cap color, mounting method, raceway requirements, and overall finished dimensions.
PDF Templates
Upload scaled vector artwork and request an email proof with the production drawing, wiring diagram, and mounting pattern before fabrication.
Template files
Use the template download buttons in the order panel to create a PDF artboard from the selected size. If your exact production dieline is required, choose email proof and note “send exact template before production” in Order details.
- Build files at final size when possible, or at proportional scale for very large products.
- Keep important logos, text, and QR codes inside the safe area.
- Extend background color, photos, and patterns to the bleed area.
- Submit vector PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution raster artwork for best results.
