Artwork Requirements

For the best print quality, customers are strongly encouraged to provide artwork in a vector format.

High-resolution PNG files, 300 DPI at final print size, may be accepted for certain designs; however, vector artwork is preferred for the sharpest and most accurate print results.

If artwork is submitted as low-resolution, non-vector, screenshot, web image, or production-unready artwork, additional artwork preparation, vectorization, recreation, or cleanup charges may apply before production can begin.

AKD Ink will review all submitted artwork and notify the customer of any required artwork charges prior to production.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or artwork submitted for printing.

Custom Order Policy

This special-order product is custom manufactured for each customer. All sales are final after proof approval.

Important: Production time is typically 7–10 business days from final approval and payment. Defective or incorrectly produced items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review and resolution.
Artwork Notice: Vector files AI, EPS, PDF, SVG are preferred. Low-resolution artwork may require additional art charges before production.
