Details
Each model is a complete preset configuration with its own component list and price. Review the model image and included components before ordering. Event dates, electrical requirements, freight access, and installation constraints should be included in order details.
File Setup
Supply print-ready CMYK artwork for every graphic panel using the exact templates for the selected model. Convert fonts to outlines and keep important content inside each panel's safe area.
PDF Templates
Select the booth model before requesting its complete template package and email proof. Production begins only after all model-specific artwork is approved.
Template files
Use the template download buttons in the order panel to create a PDF artboard from the selected size. If your exact production dieline is required, choose email proof and note “send exact template before production” in Order details.
- Build files at final size when possible, or at proportional scale for very large products.
- Keep important logos, text, and QR codes inside the safe area.
- Extend background color, photos, and patterns to the bleed area.
- Submit vector PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution raster artwork for best results.

- Display option is single sided when the vendor product does not offer a second side.
- Upload print-ready artwork and request a proof before production.
